Bob's experience I brought my Cascada in for an oil change and lube before my appointment time by fifteen minutes. I also agreed to a tire rotation. This shouldn't have taken over one hour. The cost of this service has gone up dramatically. I will consider Jiffy Lube the nest time I need an oil change. More
