Brandon Veverica was very helpful in the process of buying a vehicle. Being an out of State buyer he made everything work in the process even though he is located in Miami dealer and the car was locate buying a vehicle. Being an out of State buyer he made everything work in the process even though he is located in Miami dealer and the car was located in Orlando dealer. He responded to all my questions and concerns and made sure the documentations was complete and mailed to my residence. The great thing about the deal is that the transportation of the car to Rhode Island was included in the seal. Good job!! More

I was promised a check to help with the first year of payments and I never received anything. I sent multiple calls and emails to the office in Orlando and they told me because it was from the traveling payments and I never received anything. Delt with the out of state sales department and was not impressed whatsoever. They were great till you signed the paperwork then completely unresponsive. Their customer service is definitely lacking. During the past week (1/7/2024-1/19/2024) I had purchased a used vehicle from Benji's Auto Sales. While purchasing I was reasurred by two sales workers that had reassured me that my vehicle would be insured a used vehicle from Benji's Auto Sales. While purchasing I was reasurred by two sales workers that had reassured me that my vehicle would be insured for up to 30 days from the purchase date. After purchasing the vehicle, I checked the oil to find that it had been overfilled past the limit, indicative of a hiding a vehicles motor problems. Additionally, the exhaust pipe of the vehicle had been spewing black gas. This is after we were told the vehicle had been "inspected", which after these situations and more, we doubt. After driving the vehicle to university and back twice, the vehicle had a significant loss of oil. Therefore, we returned to the dealership to speak with a figure that would help us fix, or replace the vehicle, six days after the purchase. We were spoken to by another authority figure, seperate from the two salesmen, that assured us that the they would do anything possible to assist with our problem. Finally, instead of fixing the issue, the dealership delayed the problem by only changing the oil of the vehicle and again reassuring that if in 1 week there was a problem with the vehicle, we would be able to return it to be fixed. 1 week from this day passed and the same issued had occured with the vehicle. On Saturday (1/19/2024), I had returned to the dealer in order to seek a solution yet again but was given the direction to return the vehicle to a Hyundai certified dealer to replace the motor which would be at no cost to us. This is due to a recall that we had not been alerted before purchasing the vehicle or while completing the paperwork. When making an appointment at the Hyundai dealership, we find out that the recalls had nothing to do with the motor or the oil problem and instead were for minor unrelated parts of the car. Therefore, we believe due to a multitude of reasons that the dealership have knowingly sold us a faulty car or, at the very least, had misinformed us over the car during purchase. More
I do not recommend this agency to anyone. I bought my car from them and they said that the first installment would be due 45 days later and they charged me after a month for the first install I bought my car from them and they said that the first installment would be due 45 days later and they charged me after a month for the first installment, they tricked me and took more than two months to give me the car registration. And they never answer the phone, it's very rude and I don't recommend anyone going to that place. More
