I strongly advise against purchasing from Benji Auto Sales. I inquired about a blue Tesla Model 3 through Cars.com and worked with Adriane at their Orlando office. After agreeing to purchase, the docume Sales. I inquired about a blue Tesla Model 3 through Cars.com and worked with Adriane at their Orlando office. After agreeing to purchase, the documents listed a white Tesla Model 3, as the original vehicle was sold without my knowledge. I declined the white vehicle, and they offered other options. I settled on a different blue Model 3, slightly over my budget, and agreed to trade in my vehicle on April 4, 2025, with delivery promised. A week passed without updates. The sales rep claimed the vehicle was in transit from California, expected in three days. After multiple follow-ups and excuses, the car arrived on April 30. Meanwhile, my trade-in remains unpaid, despite being listed for sale on their lot. I’ve had to make two $1,200 payments on a vehicle I no longer own, and Benji Auto Sales claimed my $4,000 EV tax credit, resulting in an IRS notice to repay it. This has cost me $6,200. Their communication was poor, and their practices feel deceptive. Avoid this dealership. More

My son purchased a Teslas from Jason. The car was sold to him with 2 tires that had no tread. When I called the next day to inform them a warning was showing on the car saying the tires n The car was sold to him with 2 tires that had no tread. When I called the next day to inform them a warning was showing on the car saying the tires need addressed, they told us there was nothing they could do because the tires passed there inspection and we should of bought the warranty. I have bought 10 cars in my life and this was the worst experience. I would NOT recommend buying a car here. More
