Keeping your customer informed has to be better and for y’all to park my car when im waiting in the waiting room for an extra 25 min after the service was done is ridiculous. Great service depending on who you get as an advisor. 3 hour for an oil change is not good, especially when your advisor is nowhere to be seen. No one talked to me the leak since it was noted “customer knows about oil leak, will bring it back at a later time”, which is not the whole truth of what the advisor and I talked about. More
I’ve not been happy with this dealership since I’ve bought the truck. It started in finance which I left out twice, but decided to move forward. The service department needs a major overhaul. This last time I had a 7 o’clock appointment was told to stand outside in the cold next to my vehicle until somebody comes out and help me which was about 30 minutes later in the cold. I drop my vehicle off for an oil change tire rotation and a recall it took a day to get my vehicle back. No type of update or anything to let me know what was going on with my vehicle. I called the service advisor yesterday she advised me that I called her on her cell phone she would call me back and never called back I received a text message this morning stating that my vehicle was ready I responded back to the text message Stating that I would need them to send Lyft to come pick me up no response until I called back at approximately 11 o’clock. If I did not like my vehicle I would consider trading it in at another dealership and going back to a service department that truly cares about their customers. This was my last time visiting the service department. After I received my Vehicle I was then asked to complete the survey and it would help if I would mark all satisfied instead of asking how did we do or is there anything else that we can do for you the focus was on a survey and it being completed wrong. My sticker was next even changed out to let me when the next service is due. Instead I have the same one from the last service. More
