My experience was great! The representative Andrea Belman was super professional. My truck was serviced efficiently and the dealer took the time to explain every part of the inspection.

I don't have an issue with the dealership. The wait time for my service was extremely long.....over 2 and half hours for an initial oil change and inspection. The wash after the service was pretty poor as well. We pay pretty good money for these vehicles....thats our choice, but if this is what I have to look forward to, I think I'll just go somewhere else.
