Everything went well and received very good customer service. However, when I arrived for my appointment today they were not able to find me in their system, and mentioned the service advisor I initiall service. Maybe that's something they should improve on from their call services and make their appointments more secure for their customers. More

There was two ladies next to parts I believe in trade in area never acknowledged me, while waiting for someone in parts. I understand if it’s not there department, but acknowledgement goes a long way. Over all I will return when again. I would just pass along acknowledge the customers will give a better experience.
