Cameron, the service representative was awesome. It was the conversation in the customer waiting room that concerns me. Also, the TV was set to a GMC Channel full of ads. Atmosphere was more cold and impersonal. Customers were talking about how the dealership has changed for the worse. Lots of personnel changes. For example, my service representative is no longer there. Many said this was their last visit. The conversation among the customers were all negative. What has happened there? More
