Disappointed I have to take my vehicle back due to failure to address issue I discussed with advisor. Was running errands after l leaving the dealership my display panel had service tire pressure moni failure to address issue I discussed with advisor. Assigned new service advisor, Steven Stacy. I asked him to review my service history and advise what work should be considered. I knew an oil, filter, lube (OFL) and inspection were due. Vehicle was taken in and inspection/checks completed. I was advised to replace the cabin air filter and OFL. I approved the work. All work completed in one hour thirty-two minutes. Steven reviewed the vehicle's eight-year service history and we discussed service recommendations that may be needed in the near future.
