Spoke to a salesmen John Ivenek for two days over text. Told him I was out of town and wanted pictures of some damage on the door before k made the hour and a half drive down to look at it. Made the trip down to see the truck. Texted John that we were there. Told the receptionist and she called him over the intercom. Waited there for 20-30 min. John called while we walked the lot looking at other vehicles and he said he was on his way to meet us. 30min goes by and still no show so we go back to the office when another salesman calls him to the front only to tell us that the truck we came to see sold a few minutes before. He offered to show us another vehicle. I said sure when he walked inside to get the keys he decided to talk on the phone for a bit and go over paper work with other customers, so we left. Everyone else was very nice and helpful. Complete waste of my time and the lack of respect was frustrating. More
Today was the worst service since I 2012 when I started visiting Beck and Masten. Inspite of having a 10:45am appt. The advisor didn't acknowledge my arrival for 20 minutes, at which time I was told there visiting Beck and Masten. Inspite of having a 10:45am appt. The advisor didn't acknowledge my arrival for 20 minutes, at which time I was told there would be a 2 hour wait. Decided to take advantage of the Lyft service and get some essentials from Walmart. When calling for a return to the service dept. my advisor never picked up her phone and I returned to find her chatting it up with other advisors. There was a recommendation received at 1:40pm for a new battery. This was the recommended repair last visit in August when I purchased a new battery, which should have been in the records. After 3 hours of waiting there is nothing I wanted more than to leave that place. More
Have had great service in the past but this visit was definitely not. A working TPMS sensor no longer works and the advisor said they didn't have any in stock. When I called to check with parts, they did definitely not. A working TPMS sensor no longer works and the advisor said they didn't have any in stock. When I called to check with parts, they did have them in stock. And one of our lugs was mangled but because they also were not in stock, we were sent home a lug nut short. Super safe! Thanks guys! Both issues we were not made aware of until close out. Had we not prepaid for a service pack, I would definitely not come back. More
