I appreciated the way Justine kept me informed about my vehicle. I liked that he sent me a text with a video of what else needed to be done to my vehicle and then as soon as my vehicle was ready I received vehicle. I asked the Service Writer to put in writing explaining the warranty he told be verbally. That's all it took for him to go from friendly to awful. This dealership was so helpful when we spent 100k on a truck…however since we have had issues with communication, getting parts ordered, getting service appts, getting any kind of updates. This recent vis truck…however since we have had issues with communication, getting parts ordered, getting service appts, getting any kind of updates. This recent visit they scheduled us, after we had to chase them for the parts and appt, they claim it takes two whole days to replace an arm rest. Then they said they would supply us a loaner, which was a small suv when ours is a 100k Yukon XL AT4. They didn’t want to supply us with a comparable loaner for what they had to keep for two days for a 10m job. We are leaving this dealership for their competition..I would suggest to do the same. More

The Beck and Masten dealership used to be my go to place for servicing my car, but something has changed. I noticed it last year but just thought it was due to being busy. However, this year was worse and i for servicing my car, but something has changed. I noticed it last year but just thought it was due to being busy. However, this year was worse and it was not super busy. The Service Consultant; Jacob Uribe was excellent. He immediately helped me when I walked through the service center doors. He was courteous, knowledgeable and explained that there would be about 2 hours wait and offered a ride. I had waited last 2 hours so I said I was willing to wait. The wait was 4 hours and that is unreasonable. Jacob checked on me a couple of times, once for an estimate and second to say it would not be much longer. It was another hour, which I waited from my scheduled appointment time of 10am to 2pm. I do not blame Jacob, he did his job. I blame the Owner for failing to hire enough Mechanics to handle the demand. Three other customers were complaining about the wait and saying they would not be back. I have been coming here every year since 2018 and this is my first time disappointed enough to consider never returning. If it wasn't for Jacob Uribe and James Bialas showing excellent customer service skills, I would have given a rating of 1 star instead of 3 stars. Time is important and I do not appreciate my time being used waiting for a oil change, tire rotation and State Inspection taking 4 hours. DO BETTER, if you want my continued business. More
Arrived at 6:45. My appointment was at seven was finally checked in at 7:12. Was quoted no more than an hour 30 minutes for an oil change with no wash or tire rotation. Period after the two hour mark, I decided to walk out of sitting area, I noticed my vehicle parked. Sat around for another 22 minutes and when I walked in the service advisor, let me know my car was done. Taking a walk over the sales side and speaking with two sales people I expressed how bad and how long it took for a simple change they laughed and said they knew that times and service was a joke. I was told to call and ask for Dea which was short for Deanna, A gentleman came on the phone, kept it short said he was the and he would work on it. No apologies no feedback no asking for my name or vehicle. Seems as if service advisors are only concerned about writing more and more service contracts than they are taking care of the people waiting for 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. If you set up for early a.m. appointment, be sure to tape a five dollar bill to your window similar to that of checking into a luxury hotel, you may be treated better. This service place is an absolute joke. More
