My husband and I were referred to Beck & Masten Buick GMC North by a coworker of his. Working with Hector had to have been the best car buying experience we have ever had. Not only was he able to get us in o North by a coworker of his. Working with Hector had to have been the best car buying experience we have ever had. Not only was he able to get us in our dream vehicle, his service was impeccable! We lived two hours away he accommodated us and pretty much had everything ready upon our arrival. I have had bad/questionable experiences at this dealership. There is always something wrong with my GMC Sierra SLT 2023. The customer service, in the past, was horrible. Often the representatives dealership. There is always something wrong with my GMC Sierra SLT 2023. The customer service, in the past, was horrible. Often the representatives say what they are supposed to say, to please the customer. Oscar did the same thing, at first. Then I gave him a chance and he was great. His professionalism was perfect. I appreciated it. I will say, I regret buying this vehicle. Never in my life have I purchased a vehicle that has so many issues. Never again. More
