I wasn’t really given a choice with the down payment. I thought down payment was meant for the more expensive vehicle (Denali) which was said off $2500. Couldn’t get into the Yukon Denali. So chose a mo I thought down payment was meant for the more expensive vehicle (Denali) which was said off $2500. Couldn’t get into the Yukon Denali. So chose a more inexpensive vehicle Yukon elevation. Came back into finance he stated is going to be a $3k form payment. Already frustrated I said whatever to myself. Then Cesar added extra cost without telling me of a little over $2k to the cost of vehicle for damage warranty to the paint and inside warranty. And for GPS. And signing else, which he didn’t take the time to explain to me. He said it was already rearranged into the deal so the payment still stays the same. Which is ridiculous because he sold something extra and lowered the percentage rate, to make it the same monthly payment. I was frustrated after being there for 7 hours and just signed the agreement. Mind you we had to sign on his computer with a mouse and on our phones twice on the loan documents because he messed up on the first one. I saw the second loan agreement $1k more as well. I kept my mouth shut because again of frustration. A day later I had asked him if he can take it off the loan he said I can cancel it in 10 days. So he didn’t lose any money on the deal. I didn’t even get the onstar set up by Devin the sales man. I have never bought a car and onstar was not set up for me or activate . I drove off in a new vehicle mode!! I still don’t have my onstar activated 3days later. Very unprofessional and unpleasant way to but a brand new vehicle. I don’t think I will return again after buying my third vehicle there. More
