1. 9am oil and fuel filter change appointment took over 3 hours. Service tech started truck to get mileage? left truck running in driveway for 30 minutes before i walked over to turn it off, it sat for anoth hours. Service tech started truck to get mileage? left truck running in driveway for 30 minutes before i walked over to turn it off, it sat for another 15 minutes before they moved it to back. 2. Truck was done, watched them park and turn in keys, waited 15-20 minutes for the your truck is ready call, i went in to check. Tech seemed lost with codes for invoicing or report and then a computer printer issue, this added another 15 minutes just to pay. 3. Finally ready to leave, i get to my truck and end up "falling" into drivers seat. Seat was adjusted, laid back, to someone elses driving style. I get if its too close to wheel move the seat but the position was almost laying down. 4. I bought the free oil changes to 60,000 miles, i dont expect 15 minute oil changes but anything over 1-1/2hrs is just too long. So that was my friday morning oil change at B&M North. More

I called and made an appointment for Saturday May 3,2025 @ 2:30pm for an oil change snd battery check. I did drop my vehicle off on Saturday with the agreement I would pick it up on Monday when I got off af @ 2:30pm for an oil change snd battery check. I did drop my vehicle off on Saturday with the agreement I would pick it up on Monday when I got off after 4pm. My husband called st 3:30 to check on the vehicle. The representative stated they needed approval to install the battery. No one texted call or made any contact with us to state they needed approval. My husband approved for them to install the battery at 3:41. We arrived at 5:12pm. The battery was not installed and I had to wait for about an 40 min to an hour. The representative stated it would take about 30 minutes. That did not happen. I am very upset with the service. My vehicle should have been ready. This is poor service. More
