This was the most pleasant experience I had in buying a car in my life and I've bought cars from Chevy, Toyota, different Ford Dealers, Audi, Cadillac, Nissan, Saturn, etc. The team was courteous from th car in my life and I've bought cars from Chevy, Toyota, different Ford Dealers, Audi, Cadillac, Nissan, Saturn, etc. The team was courteous from the moment I walked in the door. They were immediately helpful, answered all of my questions and were very attentive to my comfort and needs. In picking up the car, the Finance Manager explained everything about the car and extras I asked about, never pushy, always informative and helpful. She took the time to explain everything and answered all of our questions in a courteous manner making sure we understood her responses. She even gave us a hug!! I was never treated like this before -- it was like my wife an I were family. I don't think I'll ever buy another car from anywhere else. Now I had a Lincoln, and now the Salesman walked us to our new car, a Ford Escape. He put me in the Drivers seat and explained every feature that was available in the car -- Sync, GPS, Radio, Seats, Sun roof, everything! Never made me feel rushed, answered all of my questions patiently and answered them again and just made me feel like I was the only Customer he had -- a truly great experience from the moment I walked in (a receptionist greeted us on our first visit and was so cordial, even though I was several hours early for my appointment). Super job by all at Bay Ridge Ford!! More

My husband & I went to look at a 2013 Explorer & we received the greatest customer service ever!!! We were referred to David Todd who was not there when we reached the sales office on Saturday Marc we received the greatest customer service ever!!! We were referred to David Todd who was not there when we reached the sales office on Saturday March 9th but, Ann Monahan helped us. She was great in explaining all the different features the XLT had & if there would be any available. She advised us she would let David know we were there & he would follow up with us. David called us during the week & answered all types of questions we had. He followed up with a call on Thursday to let us know the model we were interested in had just come in & would be available. When we arrived Saturday March 16th we met with David & he was very friendly & personable. He understood what we were looking for & did his ultimate best to give us the best possible price & options available. We then proceeded to the finance department & met Diane Lasky who worked her magic to help us get the Explorer XLT & be able to get approval from the bank. She is was very friendly & understood a customers needs. She took the extra step in helping us finance the car. Once we were approved he had a little difficulty with having the insurance cards faxed from our insurance company but everyone at Ford was very friendly, patient & helpful. We are so happy he decided to lease from Bay Ridge Ford & will continue to do business with them. The customer care we received can not be topped by any other dealer! Thank you so very much David, Diane & Anna for the best experience in purchasing a new vehicle! More

Bay ridge ford gave us the confidence we needed to move forward with our new investment. It's was painless and easy. Ray found us the car we needed and wanted and never said No. Diane was sharp and worked hard to get through any glitch that popped up. We couldn't believe how quick the sale was and couldn't believe we left that evening with a new car. Highly recommend them! More
