Went in as my lease was up. My three year old Edge has on 18,000 miles. The interior itself is very lacking. Theres nothing inviting a customer to stay and wait for their vehicle. Customer service over the phone is worse. 1 called on wed, was told I would get a call back, inviting a customer to stay and wait for their vehicle. Customer service over the phone is worse. 1 called on wed, was told I would get a call back, none came called on Thurs, got stuck on hold forever and the guy from the service dept was very rude and pretty much told me he was going to overcharge me, in not so many words. I've been here a couple of times bc its close to my home, but the terrible customer service just isn't worth it. Ill go back to Hackensack where I bought my truck. The amazing customer service I have received since the day I bought her has been unbelievable. I don't know whom I spoke with in the service dept today. But this app is forcing me to pick someone. More

This young man very respectful came in to resolve a issue he had with the manager the manager basically banned him from the dealership because he had left a review that he didn't agree with on a previous service he had done this manager needs to be fired asap rather then apologizing to the customer about their experience no they ban him(terrible manager) the other employees are great I had a great experience with Gary he was a pleasure to deal with (but if u come in to contact with this sour manager then it's over ) More

Go elsewhere - anywhere else - no one can be as bad as this Service department is dishonest and unwilling to stand behind their errors. NO ONE should ever use the 58th Street service facility as the people who work there are incompetent and arrogant. This business should be out-of-business. Ford should find a reliable service center and remove its name from this poor excuse for a service department. I see there were terrible reviews in the past but apparently there is now new ownership. Obviously nothing has changed. Unreliable, wasted my time and money, and they refused to pay me when their error caused a financial loss. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY. More

"RUN" LIKE xxxx! this place is a rip off. It is unfortunate that they continue to do this with no repercussion. Came in because my engine light was on and I was to this place is a rip off. It is unfortunate that they continue to do this with no repercussion. Came in because my engine light was on and I was told that I needed a new transmission $3400 later and a week later the engine light was still on then told it was some cluster $450 later engine light on two days later and I knew I was being milked like a cow. I now found out that they installed a JUNK YARD transmission in my car and there was actually nothing wrong with the transmission. There was water getting into the system that became corroded and continuously made the engine light come on. Once that was cleaned out the car was fine. If you don't know by now Ford Company does not run the service departments, they are like franchises. STAY AWAY, GO TO AN OUTSIDE MECHANIC. You will thank me later. More
