I was hesitant to lease in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn but Bay Ridge Ford was a much much better experience than Bay Ridge Nissan. I previously owned a 2004 Nissan Altima and you would think Bay Ridge Nissan would have offered me more for my trade in to keep me in a Nissan. This was not the case. Bay Ridge Ford had the better offer. Howard is an excellent salesman. He is friendly and not pushy. I know I'm going to love my new 2015 Fusion SE. PS My father's Ford Edge lease will soon be expiring from Manhattan Ford. Because Manhattan Ford is no longer open, we'll be going back to Bay Ridge Ford instead of making the trip to Staten Island Dana. More

Ann was so patient, understanding and did not put any pressure on me to buy or lease a car. She went over all my options in detail. I leased a Ford Escape and I'm loving every minute of it. Very knowlegable and no sales pressure. My wife and I put off buying a new car. However, the time came sooner than we thought. Hence, we made an inquiry online with Ford of Bay Ridge and the My wife and I put off buying a new car. However, the time came sooner than we thought. Hence, we made an inquiry online with Ford of Bay Ridge and then went straight to the Ford Dealership in Bay Ridge.The online sales help were excellent and provided information as needed and set up the appointment at the dealership. Originally we were going to lease. So Ms. Monahan provided a lease. When returning to the dealership to finalize the paperwork we decided to purchase the vehicle. It was no problem. The sales team went to work to assist us. Because of the timing, we did not have all the cash so we had to finance. Ms. Diane Lasky was very patient and informative and provided with excellent finance options fully explained. We were shown how to make the most of all the available cash back options / 0% financing / and other financing options. We actually saved money. I will most likely purchase another vehicle from Ford, at that dealership, unless I go for the Lincoln or similar vehicle. When we went to pick up the vehicle they provided brief training session on how to access important features in the vehicle. I also must say that they were patient with us, redoing the paperwork on two occasions because we were unsure if we were going to repair or salvage the vehicle. We are proud to say we have a 2014 Ford Edge SEL and we love the car more every day. Ford has information online to make the most of our video and the personnel at Bay Ridge Ford are always willing to help. Awesome! I look forward to purchasing another vehicle and if it is a Ford we will be at Bay Ridge Ford. Damond More
I bought a 2014 mustang gt premium when I went to pick it up it was not ready.Mind you I went on a Thursday to buy it and picked it up Saturday. That gave them 2 days to have it ready. The paint had spots th up it was not ready.Mind you I went on a Thursday to buy it and picked it up Saturday. That gave them 2 days to have it ready. The paint had spots threw the hole car. 6 days later I had a problem with the motor. I was told to bring it in for service. To be fix. I dropped it off on a Tuesday and picked up on Friday they never called me back they dont return calls and they never fixed the problem that now I have to bring it to dana ford because I don't trust them because they put 20 miles on my car maybe for a joy ride.but they wantme to give them a 100% rating they know how to take your money but not to help you when there is a problem they lied that they will make you happy to come back I will never do business with ford again More
