Found the right car at the right location! After a few months of searching, I stumbled upon Bay Ridge Ford because they had the car I was looking for. I am a previous Ford Leasee. I call and was pleasantly surprise to find that the salesperson was the one who put me into my other Ford vehicles. My experience with Anthony Fellini has always been great with no pressure. He always try to get me into the best vehicle for the price I'm looking to pay. Ray the finance person was easy to work with. The overall experience was great! NO pressure, professional and I drove away feeling VERY satisfied. Would definitely recommend Bay Ridge Ford. Make sure you ask for Anthony Fellini. He cares and he will make your experience enjoyable. More

I had the pleasure of dealing with the salesman Angelo, who out of all the ford dealerships in the tri-state area was willing to work with me and nego I had the pleasure of dealing with the salesman Angelo, who out of all the ford dealerships in the tri-state area was willing to work with me and nego numbers to the range I needed it. I know I was looking for a 2016 ford explorer sport in black but ended up with a much better car upon seeing it. Im very grateful for the honesty and professionalism as well as the staff very knowledgable about the cars they sell. I have never had a positive experience at a service department until meeting Thomas Desola. Thomas had an answer for every question I had and explained in detail what was wrong with my vehicle. He did not just brush me off and give me an outrageous bill like mostvservice departments do. He promised to have my vehicle finished in 2 business days and that's exactly what he did.
