Customer service FAIL! No problem, I went to another Ford dealer, got a great price AND excellent customer service. Bay Ridge Ford does not care about your valuable time. They will confirm appointments and then refuse to help you when you arrive for your appointment. Don't waste your time. Just google tri state Ford dealers and find another dealership to work with.
