I called previously to make an appointment for a battery change and was told to just walk in which ended up being several hours wait. They videoed the inspection showing some parts that needing replacing. W change and was told to just walk in which ended up being several hours wait. They videoed the inspection showing some parts that needing replacing. When I asked how much, the advisor told me to that was a junior tech and to have a diagnostic done with a senior tech. So what is the point of the multi-point inspection? Then Bates only does diagnostics on weekdays which is very in convenient. They don’t offer a shuttle with the extended waits and their waiting area is fairly small for as many clients that they have at one time. Needless to say, I was not impressed with Bates services. When I checked my car before getting it inspected, I noticed the driver's rear turn signal was out again, as it had been last year. I made an appointment for Monday at 7:30, but received an email confi noticed the driver's rear turn signal was out again, as it had been last year. I made an appointment for Monday at 7:30, but received an email confirmation for 11AM. I showed up at 7:30 anyway. As I had last year, I asked that the bulb not be replaced but the electrical connections checked. Just as last year, I was told the connections were fine and the bulb just was replaced. When I got home last night, I checked both the turn signal and the headlight that had been replaced. The headlight worked. The turn signal didn't. More
