I do not write reviews at all but this is one that needs to be addressed. My wife took her car to get it service thins past May 6, 2023 (Saturday), when she got back I noticed that the Lock Wheels lug were to be addressed. My wife took her car to get it service thins past May 6, 2023 (Saturday), when she got back I noticed that the Lock Wheels lug were missing, so we went to Bates Nissan Killeen, TX to ask for them and for our luck the service department was already closed. I spoke to someone that was on the floor and I spoke to him about why I was there. He tend went to the service department print out the receipt and wrote my information and drop the paperwork at the what I believe was the Service Department Manager's desk. Today May 11, 2023 received a call at 12:02 he asked me that he is calling in regards of the note. I explained to him what was happening. He then told me that he looked at the videos and it shows that they did not removed the tires on the vehicle and I was like hold on, How did you guys performed tires rotation? he was like no we did not do that tires rotation and I was, so why in the xxxx my wife is been charge for Oil Change, State Inspection and Tires rotation? he did not know what to say then he was like we can issue a refund. They charge for labor that are not done. More
