Tyler is my go to guy every time I bring my car in and over the last 3 years I've seen a vast improvement in his customer care. We went there looking for a specific car and color, they did not have it on the lot but Jason took the time to go over in a different color model that didn’t have exactly what we wanted but to a least make did not have it on the lot but Jason took the time to go over in a different color model that didn’t have exactly what we wanted but to a least make sure we knew what came with the one we wanted. At the same time the sales manager was trying to see if he could find the one we wanted to see. We even explained we wanted to compare the Pathfinder to a 4 runner before we made our decision and it wasn’t a problem for them. In the end we chose the Pathfinder even though we couldn’t get the color we really wanted, no fault on Kevin he tried. But overall we are happy with the color and the car has everything we were looking for, so thumbs up for meeting 99% of what we wanted. More
