The seat frame failed. It was clearly not excluded from the Nissan Gold Warranty I purchased when I purchased rogue new. Nissan refusal to warranty this part is clearly a v It was clearly not excluded from the Nissan Gold Warranty I purchased when I purchased rogue new. Nissan refusal to warranty this part is clearly a violation of contract. It is CLEARLY written what is excluded from contract, this part is not excluded. Nissan should have covered it without any doubt! Bates Nissan was unable to fix this unless I paid for it the drivers seat was loose due to a broken seat frame. One owner, low miles, well kept. I 100🤨% disagree with Nissan and will never purchase another one . Thank you More
