I was searching for a used van and saw one online at Barker Auto so researched the dealership and called to make appt. to come see the van. I live about 100 miles south and the van was cleaned and ready Barker Auto so researched the dealership and called to make appt. to come see the van. Kori was SO helpful, patient and knowledgeable about vehicle options for our needs. We went for a test drive on a vehicle we saw online, shared our needs, he showed us 'another option' that might fit th vehicle options for our needs. Drake was kind and helpful. I was disappointed that the dealership would not come down any on the price of the used vehicle I bought from them. It was really well priced, so I can’t complain too much. I had hoped they could throw in a few free oil changes or some mats for the vehicle, but to no avail. The main disappointing thing was the service I received after I had the vehicle for 3 weeks. I had noticed some of the safety features not working. They had not worked from the time I purchased the vehicle. When I brought it in, they confirmed the front camera was not working. Thankfully I bought a warranty, but that warranty had a $200 deductible. The dealership refused to pay the $200 deductible despite it being less than 30 days since I had purchased the vehicle. In reality, the camera was likely broken at the time I purchased the vehicle. I was hoping to continue to be a customer for both their service and sales for future car purchases, but unfortunately will not be able to do so. You can likely get a well priced vehicle here, but will not receive good customer service. More
