Despite our best efforts, we are still unable to change the contact information from my husband to me for all things related to this vehicle. At every opportunity, we ask that it’s changed, and he continue the contact information from my husband to me for all things related to this vehicle. The morning of this service I told Caleb to change the phone number to mine and use it to notify me when my Yukon is finished. I watched him write the number down. Only 2 hours later, I get a call from my husband, “I just got a voicemail from Caleb about your car being done.” When I got to the service department, he just asked that I “sign here”. I had to ask about the details of the recall service, the fact that the oil change was completed as part of the recall, and that I needed to use different oil from here forward. I also thought I was supposed to receive an owners manual insert, but that was never mentioned and never received. He was helpful with arranging the loner during the service. More

Got charged $132 labor to change a diesel fuel filter and $81.50 for the filter for a total of $213.50. I asked how it became so expensive, service rep say the book says to charge one hour labor. The problem is the truck was there for a 90 minutes. Within that 90 minutes the following other items were completed Oil and oil filter changed Tire rotation Relearned tire pressures sensors Super cruise service update, which warranty claim code was listed. Diesel fuel filter replaced. In the past, an oil changed took a hour. This time, all these items were completed and still a labor charge to change the fuel filter. Talking to other 3.0 Duramax owners, their dealership have not soaked them for a hour labor charge for this. I called service manager and was told that is the way it is. Informed them they lost a customer. More
