I own 3 vehicles, a Nissan Armada, a Mercedes ML320, and a Toyota Camry. Every one of my vehicles has been serviced by Tina Pansacula as my service advisor and I can honestly say I have never seen any at a a Toyota Camry. Every one of my vehicles has been serviced by Tina Pansacula as my service advisor and I can honestly say I have never seen any at any dealership more dedicated to serving her customers and solving her customers problems better. She is very deligent and devoted to taking care of each and every customer who comes into Victory Nissan. I drive about 20 miles just to have my vehicles serviced by her. She is trustworthy and loyal to her customers. You are extremely fortunate to have her on staff and she uplifts the other employees that work with her. Keep her happy and i'll always take my vehicles to Victory Nissan, she is an extremely valuable asset and it is always a pleasure doing business with her or someone who has been influenced by her work ethic. As a customer a Victory Nissan service you could not have gone there without being pleased with watching Tina at work, in fact I just got my truck out of the shop today and i'm already thinking of draining my engine oil just to go into the shop and have Tina take care of it :-). That might be a stretch but I can't emphasize enough just how wonderful it is doing business with Tina. More
The entire team at Victory does a fantastic job. I'm continuously impressed with their service department. After purchasing my new Versa in December I have been taking it to Victory for my service appts to make sure that I keep my Lifetime Warrenty in good order. While I have always been impressed with everyone who helped me, Jaclyn went above and beyond a "customer service" rep and became a "real" person at a time in my life when life was chaotic. I bought my car the 31st of December, and already have 19,000 miles on it so as you can imagine my regularly scheduled maintenance is way ahead of normal time frames. The reason for this is that my parents live in North Carolina, and my Daughter lives in Georgia and for health reasons I have had to make several trips back and forth to both states. When I came in for my 15,000 mile I was actually pass the miles and very concerned that it would alter or nullify my Warrenty, but it had been impossible for me to get into Victory to have my service done because I had been in NC with my family as my Father was put on Hospice with just a little time left, and at the same time, my daughter, in Georgia, was due any day with my first grandchild. When I brought my car in my emotions were tenous to put it lightly and while I tried to explain why I hadn't brought it in on time I broke down in sobs. This is not normal for me and in truth I was pretty mortified but just could not stop it. Jaclyn, who had just met me for the first time, just stopped, reached out and hugged me and told me she was sorry and not to worry because my warrenty would be fine. She was extremely compassionate to me and helped me get everything straightened out. To me, this is truly what Customer Service is all about. Meeting the needs of your customer in whatever way is needed, stepping out of the "salesman" role if need be to just offer compassion or even more basic, "humaness". She is quite an asset to Victory on the human level. This more than anything, will keep me coming back every time. More
My service with nissan has been very good every visit. This last visit I asked for someone to look at my hood of my car because something was on it that did not come off from washing. Had to follow up some damage repair. Amanda Cantu is the most professional and curtious service representatives, I have had the pleasure of working with to resolve previous maintenance issues. Brought my 350Z in for some damage repair to lower rocker due to previous maintenance lift procedures. Amanda Cantu was by far the most professional and easiest maintenace advisor I have had the opportunity due to previous maintenance lift procedures. Amanda Cantu was by far the most professional and easiest maintenace advisor I have had the opportunity to speak with. She is definetly an asset to the maintenance team at Victory Nissan. She helped expedite and get the problems resolved and repaired with no hassle or attitude. If Not for Amanda's candor and determonation to help me, the client, I would not have returned. After going to a different dealership for 2 days and not getting the vehicle and price I wanted. I HAVE WORKED WITH GARY NELSON FOR ALONG TIME. HE IS VERY CUSTOMER ORIENTED. HE ALWAYS TAKES CARE OF MY HUSBAND AND MYSELF. WE HAVE A TOUGH WORK SCHEDULE AND GARY MAKES IT HAPPEN.
