I purchased my Nissan Versa in 2007. I've had wonderful experiences in the Service Dept since I've had my car. Like most service departments, I expected the worst. Victory Nissan Service Dept has excelle experiences in the Service Dept since I've had my car. Like most service departments, I expected the worst. Victory Nissan Service Dept has excellent customer service. They call about you and the vehicle. They send me service updates on my car, follow-up calls, and loaner cars. I must say I've been very impressed. My Service Advisor is GARY NELSON is a excellent employee when it comes to his job and customer service. Gary let's me know what I need to get repaired or checked on the vehicle for next service before I leave. When I first arrive in the service dept, I have a pretty good feeling and leave out feeling like a queen!! More

I've been taking my Volvo to Victory Nissan for two years and have become accustomed to their outstanding customer service. Tina and her crew make sure I am notified as soon as my car is finished, or if any and have become accustomed to their outstanding customer service. Tina and her crew make sure I am notified as soon as my car is finished, or if anything comes up that may require more time. While the Victory price is routinely lower than I could get at non-dealer service centers, I would gladly pay more for the attention I get at Victory. I now look forward to my routine maintenance, just to see how my friends are doing! More

Harry was probably the sole reason we bought from Victory Nissan. He was extremely friendly, polite and knowledgable. He personally made the whole buying experience pleasant and I fear dealing with car sal Nissan. He was extremely friendly, polite and knowledgable. to begin my story i brought a nisan from vvictory of nissan in chesapeake va, i got my nissan on january 16th 2009 and have loved it since and the service of my car with Gary Nelson and his great crew t nissan in chesapeake va, i got my nissan on january 16th 2009 and have loved it since and the service of my car with Gary Nelson and his great crew they are awesome and when i bring my car they are right on it and in details also if needed.Gary is at my beck and call when i need to know something that needs to be done on my car. So he is the man when i need somethig and on tie with return calls of my car also. Thankyou so much for friendly people we do need them always especially when we have our first new car for me anyway. After a 3 month wait for a vanity mirror for my new car, I went in today to have this done and my car detailed. I arrived at 10am for my appointment and was told because of the detailing it would be about I went in today to have this done and my car detailed. I arrived at 10am for my appointment and was told because of the detailing it would be about 3 hours and was offered a courtesy ride home rather than wait that time, which I gladly accepted. The drivers couldn't be more friendly, very nice gentlemen! After about 2 and half hours I was called and told my car was ready and returned to the dealership. I was handed my keys and told my car was somewhere in the parking lot, to which I thanked them and went looking for my car. Upon finding it, I saw it hadn't been detailed. I went back in and was told someone didn't write that down somewhere, so I sat down and ended up waiting 2 hours while my car was detailed, finally leaving at 3pm. Upon getting in my car is when I saw that instead of the lit vanity mirror I was supposed to get,what I got instead was just a visor with a mirror insert, but after a entire day burned up on this, I just wasn't willing to spend even more time on this matter. Your service people are friendly and nice, but I have to say I can't give better than just a OK rating as it seems pretty disorganized and as if the absolute bare minimum is done, sometimes if that. All in all I've found my visits in your service dept to be very time consuming and usually not done right the first time. With a little better attention to detail, I think you could have a first class service dept, but as things stand now, it is just ok. More
I have had many vists with this dealership and have had exceptional service. Everyone has gone above and beyond to make my vists very pleasing. I Took my car to Victory Nissan today and just wanted to say how pleasant my experience was. The actual service department was not your average. Vey clean and organized. I walked in thinking I was going say how pleasant my experience was. The actual service department was not your average. Vey clean and organized. I walked in thinking I was going to be sitting there for the next two hours but to my surprise I was acknowleded right away. I told them the problem and it was taken care of immediately. I was in and out within a half hour. No question where I will take my cars for servicing. Victory has the best customer service in Chesapeake. Will definiely reccomend to friends and family. More
