Great sales experience from start to finish on 24 June 2024. My salesman, Rashawn Gilbert, was a superb professional and a straight shooter - which I highly value. The finance manager, Terence Benn, was a 2024. My salesman, Rashawn Gilbert, was a superb professional and a straight shooter - which I highly value. The finance manager, Terence Benn, was also terrific. I will definitely be coming back for my next vehicle! More
I recently had my Nissan Rogue in and had all 4 tires replaced. $855.00 with the labor. What bothered me was their mechanics did not put one of the hubcaps on tightly and after I drove off, it fell off replaced. $855.00 with the labor. What bothered me was their mechanics did not put one of the hubcaps on tightly and after I drove off, it fell off. When I addressed this with Nissan, they told me I had to purchase a new one. They did not take responsibility of their actions. Poor service . More

I purchased a 2018 Nissan Rouge in October 2023 in Jan 2024 I started to have issue with the vehicle. I needed a new axel and the transmission was not working. And I needed a new battery. I told Nissan I 2024 I started to have issue with the vehicle. I needed a new axel and the transmission was not working. And I needed a new battery. I told Nissan I shouldn't be have such issue with a vehicle that has less then 60000 miles on it. I told them I wanted another vehicle because the one I paid 24000 for is not reliable. I've been in rental cars and been harassed with text messages every other day ro return the rental because is fixed and I'm still having the same issues. The two people that helped me the most were Giff and Amanda but Brain the GM and Eddie P just gave me the run around and no call back. They ran my credit four times without permission and I still have not received a call back. I contacted their cooperate office and still nothing. I guess you have to sue them in order to get satisfaction. More
***Terrible Experience*** I recently moved to this area and did not have a reputable Automobile repair shop. I own a Nissan Frontier 4x4 Pickup which is a pretty good vehicle overall. The panel light for t and did not have a reputable Automobile repair shop. I own a Nissan Frontier 4x4 Pickup which is a pretty good vehicle overall. The panel light for the tire pressure came on. I called the nearest Nissan dealer(Bannister) to get this checked out. The representative over the phone was polite and offered me the first available service appointment which I gladly accepted. The appointment was 8:30 am and I told them that I would wait. Because the service was only a tire pressure sensor check I figured I would be in and out fairly quickly. I was wrong. First, a service writer named Amanda gave me this song and dance about leaving the vehicle and coming back later. I explained that it was only a tire pressure sensor and I didn't think that would take very long. In actuality, I really should have left. Amanda told me that for anyone to look at the vehicle would cost me a diagnostic fee. When I resisted and told her that it was a tire sensor and no diagnostic was needed she told me that she would have the first available technician check for me. I thanked her and went to the waiting room. Now, I had an 8:30 appointment but the first available technician did not come to get the truck until 11:30 am. Yes, this was three hours later than my scheduled appointment. A salesperson visited with me after two hours stating that they saw my truck was in for service and it looked like a great trade-in prospect. I quickly replied, thank you, no, because I had no interest in purchasing any new vehicle. At 12:15 am, Amanda returned to tell me that the technician had found the problem and that TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitor System) was indicating that there was a tire pressure leak through the sensor itself. She told me that they could fix it and she would recommend the others checked as well. The repair (ripoff) would be $170 for the diagnostic plus another $91 for the sensor and $135 for labor bringing the total to $396 for the replacement of one tire sensor. Then she recommended that I replace the others because it wouldn't cost me anymore in labor. That would have brought the total to $579 for four new sensors. I politely declined and asked her to bring my car around so that I could leave because enough time had passed and before I paid $600 for tire pressure sensors I would just check them regularly like I have been doing since I was 16. The whole experience was a ripoff and I can prove it. I have a receipt for $183.99 and no real work was done! I will never set foot on the Banister premises again and would advise anyone else to do the same. Buyer beware!!! More

BUYER BEWARE! We bought our 2017 Nissan Rogue New from Chesapeake Nissan which is now Banister Nissan. This was our third Nissan Rogue we bought there with Free Li We bought our 2017 Nissan Rogue New from Chesapeake Nissan which is now Banister Nissan. This was our third Nissan Rogue we bought there with Free Lifetime Oil Changes, Free Lifetime State Inspections. Giff is the salesman that sold us the vehicles. A few weeks ago after getting my Free Oil Change I was told that Banister Nissan will stop doing Free Oil Changes and State Inspection if our Rogue is not serviced there. That was not the agreement when we bought the Rogue in 2017. Giff and the Service Manager Amanda are great people. It's the Head Office making these wrong decisions that make Banister Nissan look bad. We were planning to buy a new 2024 Nissan in a few months but now I feel that Banister Nissan cannot be trusted, they cannot keep their word. We will not be buying the New 2024 Nissan and we are discontinuing any services from Nissan. You have lost a customer. More
