Let me just say I will never ever purchase another car from Banister. They treat their loyal customers horribly. This is my second car.....at the time of sale I was told about lifetime oil changes and sta from Banister. They treat their loyal customers horribly. This is my second car.....at the time of sale I was told about lifetime oil changes and state inspections along with car wash. I actually paid more for these options. I bought my first car in 2013. Fast forward to my second car in 2019. The last time I went in for a oil change in May of 2023 I was told I was now going to have to pay for my oil changes because I do not get my routine mataince and repairs done at Nissan. (Why would I when they charge 3 times what the competitors charge) I go in today for a state inspection...thinking it was free. Well come to find out I am going to be charge for that because of the same reason why I don't get free oil changes. This is where I call xxxxxxxxx. I get the oil change but state inspections had nothing to do with that. My husband went round and round about this was not stated prior to now. They stated some mumbo gumbo about it was a verbal agreement. Ok then why did my husband go online and find a coupon on NISSAN's website about free state inspections until (now get this June 30, 2023) Now me and my husband figured they were going to fail me just because......and wouldbn't you know it. I failed due to windsheild wipers. They are going to charge me $56 to fix my windsheild wipers. I tell my husband xxxx no. We can go to Walmart, Auto Zone or Rieley's. Any where but there. They then say I'll still have to return to get it inspected. Trust me I will be switching my car by next year.....to a Kia. They offer a wonderful warranty package and maintanance package. They should be ashamed. And to think I refered several people here including my daughter but on to better things........ One thing i've learned in life is every body is not going to say the same thing for no reason. Y'all may want to review your business practices. More

Not only was the sales staff super positive and helpful, but they treated me with a great deal of love and respect throughout the entire process. To make a long story short, I LEFT WITH MY DREAM CAR, a 2018 BMW 430i Gran Coupe! My salesperson, José, sales manager, Ron, and Finance Manager, Terence, made my dream come true when I thought getting ANY car was impossible. I would definitely recommend Banister of Chesapeake to anyone on the market for a new ride! More

I have a 2013 Xterra, and the rear wiper arm was torn off in a car wash. I tried to fix it myself but was unable to remove the broken part from the rear window. Scared I may break the rear glass I took my Xterra to Banister for some help. Shane McIntyre saw me and recognized me from the day before when I bought the part. He came over and asked me what was going on. I explain the situation, he said hold on. He went to the shop, brought out the tools and a mechanic and fixed the problem within ten minutes, and didn't charge me. This is excellent customer service. You now have a new customer, I will bring my Xterra to Banister Nissan for now on.. Thank You More
My family was in need of a vehicle for my son to go back to college, as the one he had been driving I needed to be replaced. We had the pleasure of working with Dee Delaney and she went above and beyond hel to college, as the one he had been driving I needed to be replaced.
