Our experience was very pleasant. Jamaal was such a gentleman and very patient with our decision process. He was determined to find us exactly the car we wanted and nothing less, which he did! When we arrived back at the dealership, one of Jamaal associates was kind enough to help us retreive the CD's in the pouring rain. We would most certainly be a repeat customer and would recommend both Jamaal and the dealership to our friends and family...and we have! More

Would e excellent for quality of work except that when they wash the cars it wasnt dried and had water spots all over it. Drying a card after washing it is just as important as washing it. I am not a big fan of dealerships and thus didn't look forward to the shopping experience at Victory Nissan. However, the salesman I dealt with (Harry Negich) completely reversed my feelings - the courteo forward to the shopping experience at Victory Nissan. In my opinion, the management at Victory Nissan have their priorities straight. They seem to place a high value on customer satisfaction. For example, when I bought my 370Z, I noticed a light scratch on the car about a day after taking delivery. I called Harry expecting the process to be a drag, but it was the complete opposite. He told me to come by right away and they would take care of the scratch. It took less than 10 minutes of waiting before they had buffed out the scratch and brought the car back and had me on my way. Not long after this I sent them another customer who also bought a Nissan. I never thought I'd be referring people to a dealership... but these guys are worth it. More

I have been taking my Altima to Victory Nissan since I bought it almost 4 years ago. I always deal with Gary. He is always friendly and ready to help me and any way.
