to begin my story i brought a nisan from vvictory of nissan in chesapeake va, i got my nissan on january 16th 2009 and have loved it since and the service of my car with Gary Nelson and his great crew t nissan in chesapeake va, i got my nissan on january 16th 2009 and have loved it since and the service of my car with Gary Nelson and his great crew they are awesome and when i bring my car they are right on it and in details also if needed.Gary is at my beck and call when i need to know something that needs to be done on my car. So he is the man when i need somethig and on tie with return calls of my car also. Thankyou so much for friendly people we do need them always especially when we have our first new car for me anyway. After a 3 month wait for a vanity mirror for my new car, I went in today to have this done and my car detailed. I arrived at 10am for my appointment and was told because of the detailing it would be about I went in today to have this done and my car detailed. I arrived at 10am for my appointment and was told because of the detailing it would be about 3 hours and was offered a courtesy ride home rather than wait that time, which I gladly accepted. The drivers couldn't be more friendly, very nice gentlemen! After about 2 and half hours I was called and told my car was ready and returned to the dealership. I was handed my keys and told my car was somewhere in the parking lot, to which I thanked them and went looking for my car. Upon finding it, I saw it hadn't been detailed. I went back in and was told someone didn't write that down somewhere, so I sat down and ended up waiting 2 hours while my car was detailed, finally leaving at 3pm. Upon getting in my car is when I saw that instead of the lit vanity mirror I was supposed to get,what I got instead was just a visor with a mirror insert, but after a entire day burned up on this, I just wasn't willing to spend even more time on this matter. Your service people are friendly and nice, but I have to say I can't give better than just a OK rating as it seems pretty disorganized and as if the absolute bare minimum is done, sometimes if that. All in all I've found my visits in your service dept to be very time consuming and usually not done right the first time. With a little better attention to detail, I think you could have a first class service dept, but as things stand now, it is just ok. More
I have had many vists with this dealership and have had exceptional service. Everyone has gone above and beyond to make my vists very pleasing. We have 2 cars and a truck all purchased from Victory with Dan Banister's guidance and help. Do not change a thing concerning these, employees they are perfect the way they are. More

I Took my car to Victory Nissan today and just wanted to say how pleasant my experience was. The actual service department was not your average. Vey clean and organized. I walked in thinking I was going say how pleasant my experience was. The actual service department was not your average. Vey clean and organized. I walked in thinking I was going to be sitting there for the next two hours but to my surprise I was acknowleded right away. I told them the problem and it was taken care of immediately. I was in and out within a half hour. No question where I will take my cars for servicing. Victory has the best customer service in Chesapeake. Will definiely reccomend to friends and family. More
I own 3 vehicles, a Nissan Armada, a Mercedes ML320, and a Toyota Camry. Every one of my vehicles has been serviced by Tina Pansacula as my service advisor and I can honestly say I have never seen any at a a Toyota Camry. Every one of my vehicles has been serviced by Tina Pansacula as my service advisor and I can honestly say I have never seen any at any dealership more dedicated to serving her customers and solving her customers problems better. She is very deligent and devoted to taking care of each and every customer who comes into Victory Nissan. I drive about 20 miles just to have my vehicles serviced by her. She is trustworthy and loyal to her customers. You are extremely fortunate to have her on staff and she uplifts the other employees that work with her. Keep her happy and i'll always take my vehicles to Victory Nissan, she is an extremely valuable asset and it is always a pleasure doing business with her or someone who has been influenced by her work ethic. As a customer a Victory Nissan service you could not have gone there without being pleased with watching Tina at work, in fact I just got my truck out of the shop today and i'm already thinking of draining my engine oil just to go into the shop and have Tina take care of it :-). That might be a stretch but I can't emphasize enough just how wonderful it is doing business with Tina. More
The entire team at Victory does a fantastic job. I'm continuously impressed with their service department. After purchasing my new Versa in December I have been taking it to Victory for my service appts to make sure that I keep my Lifetime Warrenty in good order. While I have always been impressed with everyone who helped me, Jaclyn went above and beyond a "customer service" rep and became a "real" person at a time in my life when life was chaotic. I bought my car the 31st of December, and already have 19,000 miles on it so as you can imagine my regularly scheduled maintenance is way ahead of normal time frames. The reason for this is that my parents live in North Carolina, and my Daughter lives in Georgia and for health reasons I have had to make several trips back and forth to both states. When I came in for my 15,000 mile I was actually pass the miles and very concerned that it would alter or nullify my Warrenty, but it had been impossible for me to get into Victory to have my service done because I had been in NC with my family as my Father was put on Hospice with just a little time left, and at the same time, my daughter, in Georgia, was due any day with my first grandchild. When I brought my car in my emotions were tenous to put it lightly and while I tried to explain why I hadn't brought it in on time I broke down in sobs. This is not normal for me and in truth I was pretty mortified but just could not stop it. Jaclyn, who had just met me for the first time, just stopped, reached out and hugged me and told me she was sorry and not to worry because my warrenty would be fine. She was extremely compassionate to me and helped me get everything straightened out. To me, this is truly what Customer Service is all about. Meeting the needs of your customer in whatever way is needed, stepping out of the "salesman" role if need be to just offer compassion or even more basic, "humaness". She is quite an asset to Victory on the human level. This more than anything, will keep me coming back every time. More
My service with nissan has been very good every visit. This last visit I asked for someone to look at my hood of my car because something was on it that did not come off from washing. I had the pleasure of having Gary Nelson to accomodate me regarding my radio. When he greeted me, he was very courteous and friendly. He was prompt with ordering my radio.
