I have purchased 3 NEW cars in my lifetime and never have I had an experience like the one from Chesapeake Nissan. I understand the owner has an unethical reputation, but with Nissan being a corporation I t I had an experience like the one from Chesapeake Nissan. I understand the owner has an unethical reputation, but with Nissan being a corporation I thought to myself that this dealership would be ok. I waited for 2 hours before any paperwork was even started. I committed to the vehicle with in 20 minutes. I think my sales person did a great job and tried really hard, but all I wanted was to get out of the dealership, after checking my iphone, I realized that this dealer was making quite a bit of money off of my purchase. I realize I do not have the best of credit, I am not afraid to say a 610 isnt that bad. I am just very disappointed, great sales person he tried hard. The internet department said one thing and the "man" said something else. Not happy More
Jaclyn Atiles always goes above and beyond when it comes to customer satisfaction. She is always super-nice and helpful. I live in Hampton and could easily take my car to Pomoco Nissan for service. Her high level of service is one of the biggest reasons I continue to have my vehicle serviced at Nissan of Chesapeake even though Pomoco Nissan is closer to where I live. More

Recently I experienced an automobile accident in Norfolk, when someone ran me off of the road. That day, after talking with my insurance company, I called Nissan of Chesapeake and spoke with Amanda. I explained to her what I had happen with my vehicle and she genuinely listened to me and informed me that if I would like, I could have my car towed to the service center while I figured my insurance information. At the time I did not know that the accident would lead me into a turbulent battle of interests with my insurance company for weeks. With the end result of me having to pay a large sum of money in betterment fees and my deductible. The experience also brought me into contact with many managers, officers, and customer service agents who could care less for my concerns regarding an accident report, my wrecked vehicle, rental car coverage, and insurance. I would like to inform you that you have a remarkably genuine service associate, who goes above and beyond her call of duty. Amanda not only listened and helped me on the day of my accident, but she also: gave me follow-up calls to see if my vehicle was being taken care of, provided me with information necessary to battle with my insurance company, and was truly concerned about what I was going through. With all of the hassle that the accident brought me, I am glad to see that there are still people in the business world that honestly care about the people they come into contact with. Whenever I get my car serviced at Nissan of Chesapeake, I always ask for Amanda Cantu, and in the rare event that I am unable to, I speak with Jaclyn Aitles, who has helped me when Amanda has not been off of work. I wanted to inform whoever is doing this rating for this replicable company that the service representative by the name of Stacey Weeks did a phenomenal job representing this company. When I first was intro replicable company that the service representative by the name of Stacey Weeks did a phenomenal job representing this company. When I first was introduced to Mr. Stacey he presented himself in a very professional and friendly attitude about himself that made me feel very comfortable explaining my concerns and service needs for my 2004 Nissan Armanda SE. Mr. Stacey informed me that he will do everything in his power to take care of me in regards to my service needs in which he kept his word and promise. The service that was performed on my truck seems to be very professional along with him getting my vehicle back in a timely manner. On the behalf of me as a faithful customer, if you can do anything to show my appreciation as the customer that received the service and you’ll as the dealer that has a very professional and reliable employee that goes above and beyond for the company to service the customers needs. I started out having an emmotional day. My spirit was low and the last thing I wanted to do was sit in a customer service lounge holding back the tears of my personal problems while waiting for my car to be and the last thing I wanted to do was sit in a customer service lounge holding back the tears of my personal problems while waiting for my car to be serviced. I didn't have to tell any of your service dept attendants what I was going through ( divorce at christmas time). I just think they just sensed a sadness; which was different from my usually cheerful demeanor on this visit. I was told that I would be number 8 in line, waiting for an oil change. I walked tearfully to the 7-eleven on the corner to get a cup of coffee,and afterwards I came back to the customer lounge to wait. Just then Mr. Brian Doctor came and told me that they were refilling my car with oil, and it would be out directly. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!talk about fast service, but I was number 8 in line? I thought. I dont know how fast your team worked, or what occured on that day, but I am thankful that they could see my emmotional pain and sense that I really didn't want to be here. I recieved excellent, expedient, and compassoinate service on that day......I thank Mr.Doctor and his team. I am now smiling today on my next visit here, not because I am expecting the same expedient service, but because I know you have a team here with a heart.
