I recently brought my 2010 Nissan GT-R in for service. Ryan was extremely professional, polite, and attentive to my needs. The price was very fair, and actually came in a little under what Ryan had estimated. I've owned multiple high-end cars over the years (Porsche, Mercedes and BMW) and the truth is, I'm used to being treated a certain way by high-end dealerships. Before I purchased my GT-R, I was honestly a bit concerned about what to expect from a Nissan dealer with regard to the service experience. I'm happy to say that Nissan of Chesapeake far exceeded my expectations. Overall, I'm extremely happy with not only how I was treated, but by the professionalism of all of the employees that I came in contact with. I will certainly bring my car back to Nissan of Chesapeake for all of my future service needs, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a 5-star service department. More
I have dealt with Amanda for many years. Each and every time I have come in for service she has gone above and beyond to make sure that I am satisfied. I very much enjoy working with Amanda when I have to have my vehicle in for service. She makes the experience much better and less stressful. Ryan Oliver has always been professional, friendly and knowledgeable about my vehicle. He has made sure that I know what is going on and what needs to be done. He has taken great care of my vehicle and me as the client. He makes me feel at ease knowing that he is skilled and knowledgeable about what needs to be done. I have been dealing with Ryan Hall, service manager, for over four years now. He has always been professional and very friendly each time I have visited the service department. He has always been our advocate when we had a few issues arise regarding our vehicle. He has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure we and our vehicle are taken care of. Victory Nissan Service Department is by far the best Service Department we have ever dealt with. We actually look forward to seeing everyone when we have to take our vehicle in for service. My husbband owns a BMW and a few years ago began taking his car into Victory Nissan Service. He has been very happy with the service given to his vehicle. We highly recommend Victory Nissan Service. From the front check-in crew to the mechanics in the back, we have had nothing but a great experience. More
I recommend the service area because the people work hard to please the customers. They tell us how long it will take and its usually right on the money. The price has been very reasonable. I live way in Virginia Beach and drive out here because of the fservice I recieve. They call me when I am supposed to get something done on my car. They send me emails of when the appointment is that I made as a friendly reminder and they send an email after service is done. They also call me if I am not sitting in the waiting room to let me know the car is ready. They also clean my car on the outside which is an added touch and drive the car up to the front where I don't have to go looking for it. I rate them number 1 in service. The dealership I have been by each time I am here and I will tell you that Jumon is a great guy who helped me get my car when I honestly did not think it was going to happen. I hope that they will start having Bar BQs again and the sales people will get outside or come over to service area and great their prior customers. More
I have been coming to this service center since I purchased my car in 2007. I continue to go back because of the superior customer service and friendliness I received from Gary, as well as the other purchased my car in 2007. My most recent visit was due to loss of air conditioning, and because my car is out of warranty I was required to pay the price of the A/C check as well as any fees associated with repairing the A/C system. At this point, I was getting upset and a little frustrated because I had just brought my car in for routine maintenance in the weeks prior and now I had to deal with either paying my bills or getting my A/C fixed. Well Gary, did everything within his means to help me out. He was very professional and patient, and I dont know if he could tell how disappointed I was, but he made it his business to do all he could to get my A/C fixed. Now my A/C is working just fine. Thanks Gary!!! More

Doing business with Jaclyn has been a pure pleasure. I hate it when service advisors "suggests" service before they even know why you are there. Don't test the pain threshold of my wallet! Jaclyn pulls your vehicle history before recommending anything; everytime I go there. I know the service advisors can't remember the car history of every customer they see, but it feels good when they can tell you dates when specific work was done. I am used to dealing with luxury car dealships (BMW, Infinite, etc) who primarily service vehicles by appointment. I used that same rule with this Nissan dealership. I made my appointment with Jaclyn and she told me the service time in advance. So, I didn't spend all day waiting on my car. She even changed her lunch break to be there when my appointment time was. Jaclyn explained the details of what was actaully being done. She also reviewed the service history with me and went over what should be done in the future and the costs associated with each service. Lastly, she filled me in on the new programs her dealership is doing and highlighted the new lower prices for service. Great job Jaclyn! All dealerships could use some constructive criticism: So, Victory Nissan, here is yours: 1. Waiting area chairs are not very comfortable. 2. You have a internet computer in the waiting area but it won't go out to the internet 3. Accessory catalogues in the waiting area would generate impromptu business 4. The service manager is right there. Don't just be the guy we talk to when there is a complaint; come introduce yourself to the patrons in the waiting area. Do it once an hour. If you see the same customers sitting the following hour, there may be an issue that you need to address. Be proactive. More
It is not to often nowadays that people receive prompt and courteous service at a large business but that's not the case with Victory Nissan. I purchased my first Nissan there almost 3 yrs ago and the great customer service is still there. On yesterday, I went to have some servicing done and Oh my God, Ms. Atiles was so professional and personable. Her phone etiquette is what sold me to appoint her as my service advisor. It is very obvious that her position there is not just a job-- she shared sooo much concern and even went and got a technician to show me a part that my manual indicated did not come with my particular model. I reside in Hampton but from this point on when my vehicle needs servicing, it will be worth it to go back to Victory Nissan. KEEP UP THE GOOD JOB!!!! More
I had an accident in my Nissan Titan and was told to bring it to Victory Nissan. They sent the truck to some little body shop and now claim to have no responsibility. Unbelievable when it comes down to dealing with a phenomenal service group of men like such. For taking in a vehicle and fixing the probably with no hesitation or complaints of what's needed to be done for the job to be completed. On the behalf of myself (Terrell) can whoever will take a look at this survey do something for these two young men to show how appreciative we are as a customer and a community to have such a wonderful service team in this great area. Please show them how appreciative we are for their great customer service and I recommend anyone to continue doing business with them for a life long experience. Thanks again for such an honor! They took the time to really diagnostic and troubleshoot the problem by looking at the schematics and replacing parts that needed to be replaced. The entire experience was excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
