Recently I had an unfortunate incident happen concerning my car, where someone bashed in my back windshield. I happened to be away at the time and I had received a phone call about the problem. My car had to be towed from my apartment complex to Nissan of Chesapeake and Don handled the entire process. He worked with me over the phone and made sure that everything was taken care of. When I got back from my trip my car was completely fixed and all I had to do was simply pick it up! It was such a great experience, considering it took place around such a headache of a problem.
