I started out having an emmotional day. My spirit was low and the last thing I wanted to do was sit in a customer service lounge holding back the tears of my personal problems while waiting for my car to be and the last thing I wanted to do was sit in a customer service lounge holding back the tears of my personal problems while waiting for my car to be serviced. I didn't have to tell any of your service dept attendants what I was going through ( divorce at christmas time). I just think they just sensed a sadness; which was different from my usually cheerful demeanor on this visit. I was told that I would be number 8 in line, waiting for an oil change. I walked tearfully to the 7-eleven on the corner to get a cup of coffee,and afterwards I came back to the customer lounge to wait. Just then Mr. Brian Doctor came and told me that they were refilling my car with oil, and it would be out directly. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!talk about fast service, but I was number 8 in line? I thought. I dont know how fast your team worked, or what occured on that day, but I am thankful that they could see my emmotional pain and sense that I really didn't want to be here. I recieved excellent, expedient, and compassoinate service on that day......I thank Mr.Doctor and his team. I am now smiling today on my next visit here, not because I am expecting the same expedient service, but because I know you have a team here with a heart. They care about the customer as well as their car. Thanks Always, Nissan of Cheaspeake!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
Not sure if I have Don's last name right. When I came in to have my first car serviced back in 2006, Don said all the right things and took care of my car the best way he knew how. Now that I have a 2008, to have my first car serviced back in 2006, Don said all the right things and took care of my car the best way he knew how. Now that I have a 2008, well his personality has always been kind to everyone not just me. I've gotten to know him thru the years and I still feel the same as I did before. He makes sure that I'm happy with everything before I leave. Always when I bring my car in for servicing I make sure I get that big hug when I come in. Had my truck towed to the dealership where I me Ms Tina Roberts. She took my truck straight in and had the problem diagnosted over the weekend. I pick'd up my truck on monday. Our routine service was handled promptly and efficiently by Delena and the staff at Nissan of Chesapeake.
