When we went to our local dealership, they did not have a vehicle on the lot even close to what we were looking for. First, they kept trying to sell us a vehicle we didn't want from the lot. Later, they said they would check to see if there was a vehicle like we wanted in the area. Well, the followup from them was terrible and they did nothing to try to get a vehicle for us. Meanwhile, Nissan of Chesapeake continued to stay in contact with us. It seemed they were more interested in selling us the vehicle we wanted than out local Nissan dealer, so we drove up to Chesapeake to look around. They had a nice variety of vehicles and the sales consultant located one on the lot extremely close to what we wanted - so we purchased it. Everyone we dealt with at the location was friendly and the purchasing process went smoothly. I would definitely stop by their location again when I decide to buy another vehicle. More

The quality was over the top, the price was more than fair and I couldn't of ask for a more caring and understanding sales consultant. If that weren't enough Alan knew I had no vechcile for myself and with just buying my daughter a car, I didn't think I would be able to afford one for myself with no payments. Alan was able to take my very tight budget and sell me a car that I didnt think was possible. Now I have a low gas milage, reliable car to get to and from my NEW job! What a blessing!! If you only new how it made me feel! Stopped by Nissan of Chesapeake on a whim. Wasn't looking for a Nissan specifically... just looking. Met a nice guy who knew his inventory and was well versed in many aspects of the vehicles on the l looking for a Nissan specifically... just looking. Met a nice guy who knew his inventory and was well versed in many aspects of the vehicles on the lot. We had looked at Toyotas, Hondas, Fords, Hyundais, Chryslers and so on. Pressed for time, I was in no mood for a sales pitch. Rob Williams listened carefully to what we were looking for and made a few suggestions. The most important of which was simply to just sit in the car. So far so good and then the test drive. The 2013 Altima SL is impressive in many ways and it's best in class fuel economy doesn't hurt either. I liked the car but hadn't done my homework. I told Rob we'd let him know something soon. Salesmen hate "Be Backs". I know, I'm in sales myself. Rob was professional and let it go at that. Called him back about an hour later and made an offer. Three minutes later, we bought the car. The next day the finalization of the paperwork took maybe an hour. I have to say, I feel like I got an exceptional price on the vehicle we chose. I found Rob Williams to be a man of his word as the price we agreed on didn't change when we went thru the finance dept. There were a few minor issues (detailing wise) that he took care of immediately. He also thoughtfully took the time to show my wife ( who is tech phobic) how to properly use each and every(and there are boatloads) feature. Haven't had the vehicle serviced at the dealer yet as it is still too new. If the service dept. is anything like our salesman, I'm pretty sure we going to be repeat customers. More
