I recently purchased a 2013 Nissan Sentra SL at Nissan of Chesapeake. I hade a good amount of negative equity in my trade in, but I was able work out a great deal. Rob was absolutely great. He used his knowledge and experience to help me find the car for me. Additionally He was very friendly and courteous. I had an awesome experience purchasing a used car at Nissan of Chesapeake thanks to Rob Williams and crew! Thanks again Rob! I had been shopping for a late model, low mile, vehicle through Craig's Lis Nissan of Chesapeake thanks to Rob Williams and crew! Thanks again Rob! I had been shopping for a late model, low mile, vehicle through Craig's List (not an easy chore). After having visited one of the Craig's List offerings (again- didn't work out), I stopped at Nissan of Chesapeake on the way home (what the heck- why not- I've got nothing to lose after looking this long). Rob Williams greeted me, I explained my "box" (low miles/price limit) and he found two vehicles that fit my needs (yea!). Rob was exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable, and patient in taking me through the entire process of the purchase. Rob even called me a couple of days later to ask if I was still happy with the car (doctors could learn a thing or two from Rob)! Rob genuinely cares about his customers! This dealership has integrity; I purchased the vehicle without it having been "prepped" and inspected by the service department. Because I purchased the car late in the day, the service department would have to inspect and "prep" the following day and I planned to pick it up after work. I was a little concerned they may have just "scooted' the car along, since I had already paid for it, and may not have given it a thorough vetting. Check this out: Rob called me at work and told me the service department found a "questionable" motor mount and replaced it at NO CHARGE TO ME!! They could easily have let this pass, I'd have been none the wiser, but may have found out later (accompanied by a large repair bill). WOW! That's integrity in my book! You guys earned some serious credibility with me. BTW: they lent me a 2012 to drive to work and back!! Thanks Rob Williams and the Nissan of Chesapeake team for making this such a wonderful event! I'll be back! More

I have brought my car in 4 times for the same problem and keep getting told the noises heard and burning smell are normal. When I inquired about an e/e was told they could not do anything for me I would hav keep getting told the noises heard and burning smell are normal. I have contacted consumer affairs and am assured this problem will be fixed and they are not just waiting till my warranty runs out. I am very disappointed in the service I have been given, there were 3 people who have heard the noise besides me and one that has smelled the burning smell at your dealship and am told it is not normal but service can not find anything wrong. This is the second car I have purchased thru you and have had similiar problems with both, I will never again purchase a car thru Nissan of Chesapeake! Todays experience was much better, Jay the service manager and head tech Randy both took time and heard my concerns. They both inspected my car thourghly and then explained what all the noises and burning smell could be. My mind is more at ease due to these two working hard to give excellent customer service. Also, Jay assured me that if I do run into a problem after my warranty is done and it has to do with problems I have brought it in for, he would personally take care of, this has given me back my confidence back in this dealership. More
I came in for service on Sat, Jan 5th, 2013 and it seem to be a lot going on and very busy but I worked with Brian and he was the best. My wife and I were aware that the Nissan Pathfinder was re-designed for 2013 and we were interested in seeing one. We had owned a Pathfinder years ago and have always liked them. We stopped by Nissan of re-designed for 2013 and we were interested in seeing one. We had owned a Pathfinder years ago and have always liked them. We stopped by Nissan of Chesapeake (without intending to buy one) to see if they had one in the rear showroom. By the way, Nissan of Chesapeake puts examples of Nissan models in this rear showroom for customers to look at without interacting with the sales force. We were greeted by Rob Williams before we entered the building and explained what we wanted. Rob said that the 2013 Pathfinder was so new that the dealership only had one on site and it was being driven by the dealership owner. He got permission from the owner for us to not only look at it but to drive it as well. After driving the Pathfinder, we peppered Rob with technical questions about the new Pathfinder. He didn't miss a question, had not asked others for answers, and had obviously done his homework on this car. At no time was there any pressure to buy a car. We became convinced that the 2013 Pathfinder was for us and we wanted to buy the Pathfinder that we test drove. Rob worked with the dealership owner who graciously agreed that we certainly could buy the car that he was driving. This buying experience was truly painfree and was, in fact, a positive experience. From sale, to financing, to closure, this experience was pure southern hospitality. Rob and Rick Sanchez, who leads customer loyalty, were extremely helpful and repeatedly said if we had any questions after the purchase to contact them personally. This is the fourth Nissan that we have have purchased from Nissan of Chesapeake. In all likelihood, it won't be the last. More
Rodney actually LISTENED to what I needed, and went out of his way to meet those needs. I appreciate his willingness to do whatever needed to be done to get me the car I wanted. He even called me from home, on his day off, to ensure I was being kept "in the loop" about things. Tonya was very supportive, helpful, and did not pressure me. She simply answered all of my questions, while gently guiding me through the finance process, including explaining in detail the extended warranty coverage available. I would highly recommend both of these customer-service oriented individuals to anyone looking to purchase a car! More
