Raymond Pusey did an excellent job in selling me my new 2014 altima. I will be the first to admit that I am not the easiest person to work with much less to sell something to but Ray ensured that all of my 2014 altima. I will be the first to admit that I am not the easiest person to work with much less to sell something to but Ray ensured that all of my needs were met. Not to mention he got my husband a car too. Great job Ray! For anyone interested in buying a nissan, Nissan of Chesapeake is definitely the place to go! Also, James Copeland wasn't listed but he helped with all of our financial paperwork and he was able to get my husband and I low interest rates mot exceeding 3%. More

On March 19, 2014 I decide to go and check out Nissan of Chesapeake to see what they could offer to at the time. I tried a pervious dealership called Rick Hendricks, not helpful at all. When I drove up I wa Chesapeake to see what they could offer to at the time. I tried a pervious dealership called Rick Hendricks, not helpful at all. When I drove up I was greeted by Giff McDonald. I told him my current situation and what I was look to purchase. Before I got to the dealership my mind was focus on getting a used car just something newer then what I had at the time. Well with great help of my salesman, I purchased a 2014 Nissan Versa. I was very nervous on my car purchase since this was my first brand new car. Giff made sure that my gas tank was filled and my car was detailed. My overall experience was great. I am very happy with my purchase and when the time is right for me to do a trade in then I will consider going back to Nissan of Chesapeake. More

From the time we entered the dealership until the time we left every person we encountered was very courteous and super patient. The salesperson (Giff) was very down to earth and took the time to explain op left every person we encountered was very courteous and super patient. The salesperson (Giff) was very down to earth and took the time to explain options that we had once we explained our situation to him. Giff and Dan made sure we got a deal that worked for us. The finance manager (James) went over options we had as far as protecting the car in case of an accident and suggested the options he thought were most beneficial. Overall, this dealership experience was awesome because there was no haggling and I didn't feel pressured. More

Its never fun taking your car in for service for obvious reasons. But, working with people like brian, gary, brandon, and chris makes it a lot easier and less painful. Very friendly, professional, and acc reasons. But, working with people like brian, gary, brandon, and chris makes it a lot easier and less painful. Very friendly, professional, and accomodating to me. They sincerely want to get the job done right the first time and not just throw parts into the car hoping it fixes the problem. I had an excellent experience here. I have been to other dealers where the staff look like death warmed over. These folks are happy to be there and will do whatever they can to help their customers.
