Only dealership I will go to for service! I recently bought a 2010 GTR out of state and my first thought was where I was going to have it serviced and who was I going to trust with my vehicle. I recently bought a 2010 GTR out of state and my first thought was where I was going to have it serviced and who was I going to trust with my vehicle. Long story short, Nissan of Chesapeake. Randy Long, specifically, earned my trust and business from the first experience I had with him. He has been the only person in the area that I have trusted with my car. Not only does he know what he is talking about, his professionalism, attention to detail, and overall courtesy and customer service is by far superior to anything I have experienced in the past. You can't go wrong with this dealership or any of the professionals there. More

Mr. Sample was able to facilitate a great deal for the vehicle that I purchased as well as making the purchasing process complete in a time period that did not consume my day. Another wonderful experience I recently purchased a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder at Nissan of Chesapeake. This is my third car in the past 5 years. Every time I purchase a new vechile I recently purchased a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder at Nissan of Chesapeake. This is my third car in the past 5 years. Every time I purchase a new vechile the sales staff along with all the employees are ALWAYS professional. Delvin Washington was able to assist me with all of my financial needs and concerns in a timely manner without me feeling overwhelmed. I never feel as though I am being sold to, but I am the one who gets to choose what I want and need. I no longer live in Virginia, but I would not consider buying another vehicle from any another dealership. I only have wonderful things to say about Nissan of Chesapeake. More

Service for my GT-R is outstanding at this dealer Having owned four R35 GT-Rs since 2010, I've been fortunate to have Nissan of Chesapeake serve as my GT-R service center for the past 4 years. Randy, Having owned four R35 GT-Rs since 2010, I've been fortunate to have Nissan of Chesapeake serve as my GT-R service center for the past 4 years. Randy, their GT-R tech, is literally the best service rep I have ever dealt with in my 15 years of owning high-performance, high-cost sports cars. In addition to GT-Rs, I've had Porsches, BMWs, Corvettes and Supras, and Randy tops the list as the #1 service rep I've worked with across all brands. Jay Bussey, the Service Manager, is also outstanding. He's a polite, professional, no BS type of guy who will treat you with respect while showing empathy for your situation. This duo will bend over backward to provide the best customer service you could ask for, are both extremely knowledgeable in their areas of expertise, and if they don't know something, are both professional enough to take the time to research the subject in order to provide you with accurate information prior to you having to make any decisions. I cannot recommend Randy, Jay, or their dealership enough. Their dealership is far and above the best Nissan dealer in my area, and is potentially the best auto dealership in Hampton Roads, period.
