Sarah Wright called me and took very good care of me while setting up my appraisal at Nissan of Norfolk which was much closer and more convenient to my house. Tom Greene ended up working with me and understood my need to stay in budget and although not a Nissan product he didn't try to push anything else on me, rather let me test drive the vehicle and make up my own mind. He was very nice and I would recommend him to anyone! Also I would like to thank Tonya Ervin, as I told her I had a rate and term already pre-approved she went the extra mile and beat the original deal I had which was terrific! At the final step was dealing with Tonya in signing documents who was just as professional and helpful with all my question, just as she was with the first car I purchased. And she remember me from almost a year ago. That speaks volume in her character. She is not all about just signing the papers and then getting you out of her office. She genuinely cares about her customers. Oh yeah, thanks Tonya regarding the tip about the medicine tea (Starbucks) you know I picked it up the next morning.
