From the moment I walked in until the moment I drove off the lot with her new car, I was not disappointed. Giff McDonald was my salesman for the last purchase and this one as well. Giff made the process very smooth, painless, and answered every question I had! He helped me to pick out the perfect car for my wife on both occasions. Aaron Swan also made the process of signing all the finance paperwork seamless. Thank you Giff, Aaron, and Nissan of Chesapeake for making the purchase of our third vehicle from you another easy and pleasurable experience! More

One of the options for pricing is to get a guaranteed sale price for your vehicle using a KBB certified dealership. I did that and it was sent to Nissan of Chesapeake. Sarah Wright called me and took very good care of me while setting up my appraisal at Nissan of Norfolk which was much closer and more convenient to my house. I worked with Jean and Scott at Nissan of Norfolk and everything went as smooth as could be. Great job done by all!!!!!! More

Dominque was very courteous and set up my desired time and confirmed it. Tom Greene ended up working with me and understood my need to stay in budget and although not a Nissan product he didn't try to push anything else on me, rather let me test drive the vehicle and make up my own mind. He was very nice and I would recommend him to anyone! Also I would like to thank Tonya Ervin, as I told her I had a rate and term already pre-approved she went the extra mile and beat the original deal I had which was terrific! The process was under two hours from start to driving off of the lot with my car. Dan has a terrific staff and I would consider purchasing a vehicle again from you@ More

We are very happy with our experience & Paul was always helpful, kind, courteous & professional during our entire buying experience! He even called after the deal was done & we were home, just to check & make sure everything was going well & if there was anything else we needed! And if we did... Just give him a call & he would see what he could do! It's nice to know that he still cares & continues to do so even after the deal is over! He is still there! Excellent job! More

Maricio was there start to finish through the whole process. He didn't try to sway or push me into anything I wasn't looking for nor wanted. I gave him my preferences and he gave me results. Along with the outstanding team of his I was able to get into my 2017 altima with no worries. Thankyou all and plan to see you soon!!! More

Very considerate and not pushy and I love that about him. Tony was the man with the numbers and he worked with me until the numbers were right. I so appreciate all his help. At the final step was dealing with Tonya in signing documents who was just as professional and helpful with all my question, just as she was with the first car I purchased. And she remember me from almost a year ago. That speaks volume in her character. She is not all about just signing the papers and then getting you out of her office. She genuinely cares about her customers. Oh yeah, thanks Tonya regarding the tip about the medicine tea (Starbucks) you know I picked it up the next morning. Definitely would recommend Chesapeake Nissan and their crew. Thank again! More

I talk with Kristen by email, she told me to come in and when I did; Jalal was the first to greet me and was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and helped me get into a car. Jalal handled everything with ease. I very much appreciate him and how honest and personable he was with me. I came in for a swap the keys event and didn't think I could swap keys, but Jalal and his team made it happen. Jalal doesn't know what they have done for me; and how they have set me free. I truly appreciate them. Jalal worked within my budget and any doubts I had he addressed. This dealership offered me more than any other dealership had, I thought I was going to get a sentar but walked out with a 2017 Altima. (they also celebrate your purchase as well, where everyone comes up and congratulates you by shaking your hand and clapping like they do at a restaurant.) The other employees (Terrence in finance) was helpful as well. I thank the two managers that worked on my deal and I am very grateful. I would tell anyone to go to Nissan of Chesapeake and talk to Jalal and allow them to do their thing so you can swap keys and drive away with a vehicle. You won't regret it! More
Worst ever I bought a car for my wife from Nissan Of Chesapeake on Feb 24, 2017. There were a few minor problems which I fixed. On April 20, the car broke down o I bought a car for my wife from Nissan Of Chesapeake on Feb 24, 2017. There were a few minor problems which I fixed. On April 20, the car broke down on the corner of Virginia Beach Blvd and Independence Blvd. The battery was almost completely dead. It was while trying to get this fixed that I learned the car had serious intermittent electrical problems which were evident before the car was offered for sale, and that had proven unfixable. In fact, the situation was so serious that the car shouldn’t have been offered for sale at all. The sales manager told me he would give me $18,000 for the car. I told him I paid $18,281. 78. He said I would eat the difference. I told him I had replaced broken parts on the car which cost me $162.97. I got to eat that. Tax, License, etc. ($1718.22), my loss. I was also under the impression I would be given a check for $18,000 to pay off my loan, but what I was given was a trade-in credit so that I had to purchase a replacement car from them. They kept trying to direct me toward cars way outside of my budget, and although they had cars at their Norfolk store, which were more affordable, they told me if I selected one of them, I would have to pay an additional charge to get the car inspected by the Chesapeake store. They found a car that had just come in and I test drove it. It was $1178 more than the first car I bought. I had a bad feeling about the car, and though we came to an agreement, I told them if the car couldn’t pass inspection, the deal was off. It was found that although the car had a clean CarFax report, it failed inspection and was in fact also unfit for sale. I finally went on my own to the Norfolk store and found a car to my liking, which was inspected and certified in Norfolk. It was offered at $13,791, was a year newer than the second car they offered me, and still was under factory warranty. This is the car I finally bought. I went back to my credit union to get the check from my new loan, and bought the car. Even though it had the highest certification from the Norfolk store, they still offered me a Chespeake inspection for an additional $900. Later, while updating my insurance, I found out they had gotten the Sales Agreement wrong. That cost me another trip to the dealer and re-writing of the loan agreement at my credit union. In addition, this is the second email I received asking about my experience. The first one had one question: How was my experience". When I answered negatively, it informed me a sales manager would be in contact with me by phone. I am still awaiting that call. I brought it to sales manager Dwane Cochenour, and he asked who had sent the email. When I showed him he sent it, he was concerned about why he hadn't gotten my reply. He NEVER ASKED WHY MY EXPERIENCE WAS BAD! As a sales associate, Ron Watson was beyond terrible! He did absolutely nothing but collect his commission. More
