Our experience was very positive. Al did not try to sell us any car other than what I specifically asked for- a car that offered room for transporting equipment and that had a standard transmission. I was looking for a car in a certain price range which narrowed by search to one particular vehicle. I have to admit right from the beggining I have never enjoyed buying cars in the past. Several experiences I have had buying cars in the past were not enjoyable. I honestly have to say working with Josh was the best experience I have had. I was buying this new car not because I wanted to but because I needed something that was good on gas. Josh took his time with me explaining all of the great options in the Kia Soul I picked out. He demonstrated the bluetooth to me. I say this because before I went to Bald Hill I went to 2 different dealerships and not 1 salesperson took the time to go over the specifics that came with the car. I just wanted to right this review so Joshua gets the credit he deserves. He is truly a great asset to Bald Hill.
