My husband and I went to Bald Hill Kia hoping to purchase a 2011 Sedona that we had researched on line. When we walked into the showroom, the first thing we noticed was a gorgeous, brand new, glacier blue 20 a 2011 Sedona that we had researched on line. When we walked into the showroom, the first thing we noticed was a gorgeous, brand new, glacier blue 2012 Sedona. We immediately fell in love with it but were unsure if we would be able to afford a bigger monthly payment than we would have had with the 2011 van. Al Paulo, the salesman, was friendly, knowledgeable and honest with us from the moment we met. He answered all of our questions and we never once felt pressured or uncomfortable. He made the whole car-buying experience unlike any other I have had. Within a very short time, we were told that not only had we been approved for the 2012 model but the monthly payment was only slightly more than what we had planned for and was totally affordable. Frank Vescera, the finance manager, was also extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and worked hard to give us the best price possible. In no time we signed all of the papers and had a tour of the service area for future maintainence visits. After a total of 2 1/2 hours, we drove home in our beautiful new 2012 Sedona. Al and Frank made the whole experience more pleasant and comfortable than I ever could have imagined. I would recommend Bald Hill Kia to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle; new or used. I think the people at Bald Hill KIA were great, all through the whole process which was a lot easier than I have experienced in the past. They all seem to work together to get us the car and fiancing through the whole process which was a lot easier than I have experienced in the past.
