Without mentioning names, I had test drove a different make of car at another dealership, and was instantly turned off from them by the way they treated me (and the way I overheard one of their salesmen treating another female customer at the desk next to me). We bought a 2013 Sonata from Jonathan. But from the time we pulled into the parking lot and Jonathan came out to answer our questions it was very friendly. This dealer is in Rhode Island we live in Connecticut and will travel back there for all our service needs and when we need another car, it was such a pleasant experience. We had been to a dealer in Connecticut and was not happy it was the same old what can we get out of you, instead of what can we do for you. Jonathan went out of his way to get us the car we wanted it was at another dealership and had to be traded i had some specific things i wanted on the Sonata. The dealership in CT said this is what we have and thats it tried to sell us a color and car i didn't want. He introduced us to the servece department and theybseem very nice as well . Jonathan called me to make sure all was going well with the car,even after we had already purchased it and driven it home and that never happens. I highly recommend this dealership and Jonathan my husband and I had such a great experience we wanted to let everyone know. More
