The 2013 Kia Sorento was ready for delivery as promised, and while paperwork was being processed, Al went over all vehicle features and took us on a tour of the Bald Hill Kia facility where we met Service advisor David VanBost who set up our first service appointment for us. Business manager Frank Vescera got us the best finance deal available to purchase the vehicle. Overall, the staff at Bald Hill Kia was very friendly, professional and courteous during our time there. Jonathan Annear was the best! He treated me with courtesy and respect, was never pushy, never tried to talk me into something I didn't want. He helped me through the process, listened to my concerns, answered all my questions - and always did so without making me feel stupid or bothersome. He called me when the car I wanted became available (a 2013 Kia Soul) in the color I wanted, and Frank helped me set up the financing. All in all, it was a very positive experience. Without mentioning names, I had test drove a different make of car at another dealership, and was instantly turned off from them by the way they treated me (and the way I overheard one of their salesmen treating another female customer at the desk next to me).
