Both the car and the dealership, as well as the 2 exceptional gentlemen who made this happen, will be recommended by me to anyone who will listen! Kevin Falcone is my idea of the ideal representative- knowledgable about his product, but in NO WAY pushy or demeaning. He knows the car will "sell itself"; I was most impressed with his presentation- low-key and friendly, but always very professional. Frank Vescera made sure the deal happened - I have TERRIBLE credit - he found me financing that I can live with AND invited me to return in a year to (hopefully) refinance the loan at a better rate.
