I absolutely love Al Paulo. He was such a help from beginning to end with the purchase of my Kia Forte Koupe. It was very hard for me to give up my old car. It had so much sentimental value to me. I was the client, but he truly treated me like a friend by helping me make the right decision on the type of car I needed and how I should go about financing it according to my future plans. Al actually spent hours with me to make this reality happen. Al showed me everything I needed to know about the controls and functions inside of my car. He showed me around the dealership from customer service, the body shop, where to drop off my keys if I needed to have my car serviced after hours, etc. Today, Al gave me a follow-up phone call which I thought was so nice.
