Well six months and eight days after purchasing this van an unregistered, uninsured, intoxicated driver struck my van from the rear at approximately 55 mile per hour. He fled the scene of the accident and was subsequently arrested by the local police department. My entire family was sent to the Hospital that night in rescues! Upon hearing of our situation Mike Mardo went above and beyond what my wife and I ever could have imagined a salesman to do. He kept in regular contact with us and made sure that we were place into another vehicle (a 2010 Chrysler Town & Country)far exceeding our expectations. I could have gone to another dealership but for the reason of Mr. Mardo's exception customer care I stayed with Bald Hill Dodge. I fully intend on giving them my future buisness for the sole reason of how Mr. Mardo treated us. The sales manager who's name escapes me was extremley helpful at the time as well. They put everything out on the table and work with you until the job is done. If you cant make that deal, they will continue to watch incentives for you so that perhaps you can get into your vehicle of choice down the road.
