Our experience at Bald Hill Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep was top notch. We were specifically looking for a pre owned Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and pulled into the lot to find more in stock than any other dealer in R notch. Immediately drawn to a particular color, we were greeted pleasantly by Louie and though the Jeep had just been dropped off that morning he quickly got up to speed on the specs and off we went on a test drive. One week later, after a seamless buying process, we drove off in the Jeep (with a full tank of gas too!). Louie is warm, friendly, and no pressure. His customer service was "just right"- attentive but not aggressive. He listened and took steps to assure we arrived where we needed to with our vehicle trade in and financing. We highly recommend this dealership! The location is convenient, the showroom welcoming, there is a wide variety of new and pre owned vehicles in stock and the sales team's approach is inviting and accomodating- especially Louie! Before we drove off he took the time to show us all the features and answer any questions. Jim Hagan, the VP, was there on a Saturday and took the time to greet us and wish us luck with our new car...it was a nice, personal touch. Paul was outstanding... a men of his word. The vehicle was delivered as promised. It was a saturday when we purchased and we walked in a 3pm and the whole process was done and the van was preped and clean while we did the paperwork. I bought a brand new 2009 Dodge Charger and couldn't be more pleased. The customer service was excellent & the environment was comfortable and inviting. I did not feel pressured or rushed. I bought an Intrepid 10 years ago from Bald Hill and had a good experience then.This is truly a dealership that stands by its name. I will definately go there again in the future.
