I HAVE MAX CARE WARRANTY,WENT THERE FOR SERVICE BECAUSE BRAKES FAILED,REAR WINDOW DEFROSTER STOPED WORKING ,BOTH UNDER WARRANTY,TOOK THEM 8 DAYS TO FIX THE BRAKES, REPLACED A BRAKE LINE.TOLD ME THE REAR WI BRAKES FAILED,REAR WINDOW DEFROSTER STOPED WORKING ,BOTH UNDER WARRANTY,TOOK THEM 8 DAYS TO FIX THE BRAKES, REPLACED A BRAKE LINE.TOLD ME THE REAR WINDOW DEFROSTER WASN'T UNDER WARRANTY,I CALLED WARRANTY PROVIDER,WAS TOLD WINDOW DEFROSTER WAS COVERED AND ADVISED BALDHILL SERVICE,THEY WORKED ON FIXING IT,DIDN'T KNOW HOW!!! TRYED TO PATCH IT,FALED!THEY HAD MY CAR FOR 11 DAYS AND WINDOW DEFROSTER STILL DOESN'T WORK.THERE SERVICE DEPT.DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING!!!!!,EVERY TIME I BROUGHT MY CAR THERE FOR SERVICE,THEY ALWAYS GAVE ME A HARD TIME.IF THE SERVICE YOU NEED IS UNDER WARRANTY IT TAKES THEM TO LONG TO FIX,OR THEY ADD THINGS THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR TO MAKE THE BILL GO HIGHER.I WAS GOING TO TRADE MY CAR IN FOR A NEW ONE IN JANUARY.THEY JUST LOST A SALE!!GOING SOME PLACE I CAN TRUST! Received exact quote on vehicle. Agreed to this price and suddenly price changed upwards of several hundred dollars. This is the second time I attempt to purchase new vehicle at this dealership. On both occasions the same thing occurred: price given and subsequently changed to add on several hundred dollars.
