I have not had to deal with the service department or have not had any reason to return for service as my purchase was only a few weeks ago, but I would surely recommend the dealership as top-notch at this point. I can't remember the name of the last man I dealt with (it wasn't Steve Rodrigues)he closed the sale and finalized the paper work. He was also very informative and pleasant. There was an attempt to sell an extended warranty, but once it was known I did not want to purchase it, again there was no pressure. I have been wanting to purchase a SUV for a long time now, mainly because my communte to work is 45 minutes and I wanted something that was reliable in snow. He is also very patient and sat down with my mother and I for a few hours with my moms crazy questions and pricing.
