I just returned from a deployment overseas and needed a vehicle. I visited many dealerships (large and small) and my experience was the same at each one. He didn't try to pressure me into buying something I wasn't completely satisfied with. He took the time to show me some different options and ultimately found me a great truck. Purchased used vehicle that came with 1 key that was in poor condition. I had to pay $100 for another key that the salesman told me would take one week to arrive. After waiting over 2 weeks from not hearing from him I had to call the dealership and inquire if the key that I had to pay for arrived. I was also told from the salesman that I would be provided floor mats because the car did not come with any. I never recieved any floor mats. Afer having the vehicle for a day I noticed that one of the fog lights was not working so I had to call and schedule that to be fixed. I was not happy about that considering they provided me with a list of all the items that were inspected on the vehicle before it was sold to me. Very inconvienenced. 4 weeks later I get a letter from the DMV telling me that they would suspend my license plate because the vehicle I purchased was never inspected. I had to make another appointment to have this taken care of. After waiting over 30 minutes at the service area they tell me that they ran out of stickers so they were not able to inspect the vehicle that day and would need to schedule another appointment. Very frustrating!! More

When my wife and I entered the dealership, I was happily greeted by Dave Connetti who led me to Rachel, who then introduced me to Louie. Louie was great to deal with from the start. He took us to the Jeep we were interested in which was parked waiting right out front for us, just as Rachel said it would be. We took it for a test drive and shared pleasant conversation with Louie the entire time. When we got back to the dealership,I mentioned to Lou the price I wanted to pay including my trade in. He told me he'd see what he could do to get me at or close to the number. After he and another employee evaluated my trade he came back with an offer within a few dollars of my intended price. I was extremely pleased with how quick and easy it was to work with Lou. He was friendly and there was absolutely NO 'haggling'. My wife and I drove off the lot in our new Jeep the very next night! I have to say, I've been to a number of dealerships...Bald Hill Dodge is THE best. I highly recommend it over any other dealership. If you're looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, go see Louie.
