I have not had to deal with the service department or have not had any reason to return for service as my purchase was only a few weeks ago, but I would surely recommend the dealership as top-notch at this point. I can't remember the name of the last man I dealt with (it wasn't Steve Rodrigues)he closed the sale and finalized the paper work. He was also very informative and pleasant. There was an attempt to sell an extended warranty, but once it was known I did not want to purchase it, again there was no pressure. I visited several other dealerships in RI previously and must say, none could compare with this one. More
