I recently purchased a new 2012 Chrysler 300 from Shayne Dyer. I was cautious at first because I live in NJ and had to travel to the Dealership to trade my existing car and pick up the new one. Shayne did an excellent job of having everything ready for me and the deal we made over the phone/email is exactly what was presented to me that day at the dealership. I had some minor problems when I got the car home . . .but Shayne was there via phone to answer all my questions. It was the weekend and no Chrysler dealers in NJ were open . . but I knew I could count on Shayne to take my call (even though it was Saturday Night and the dealership was closed!) Shayne is the true meaning of customer service and although I had issue with the car and was now back in NJ . . Shayne was in constant contact to make sure things were being taken care of and that I was satisfied. His follow through and attention to details impressed me.
