I recently purchased a new 2012 Chrysler 300 from Shayne Dyer. I was cautious at first because I live in NJ and had to travel to the Dealership to trade my existing car and pick up the new one. I did not want to make the trip more than once, so everything needed to be ready and settled on that day. Shayne did an excellent job of having everything ready for me and the deal we made over the phone/email is exactly what was presented to me that day at the dealership. I had some minor problems when I got the car home . . .but Shayne was there via phone to answer all my questions. It was the weekend and no Chrysler dealers in NJ were open . . but I knew I could count on Shayne to take my call (even though it was Saturday Night and the dealership was closed!) Shayne is the true meaning of customer service and although I had issue with the car and was now back in NJ . . Shayne was in constant contact to make sure things were being taken care of and that I was satisfied. His follow through and attention to details impressed me. I would highly recommend buying a car from this dealer . . and most certainly from Shayne. Thank you Shayne! I love my new car! More

BILL WENT OUY OF HIS WAY TO HELP ME FIND THE JEEP I WAS LOOKING FOR. AFTER A COUPLE OF LET DOWNS FROM OTHER DEALERS ( NO SWAP ) I TOLD BILL TO JUST ORDER MY NEW JEEP . Frank is very friendly, straight forward and cares about making his customers happy. He noticed there was a noise in the wheel prior to the test drive and told us. While waiting for my car, I decided to roam the parking lot. Mike came over said hi, and we chatted. During our conversation I asked about upgrades. He then showed me two cars within my price range as upgrades. Well, I bought the Chrysler Sebring the following week. I am totally satisfied with the service, and I love my car. A month ago, I was looking for a used car, went back to Chrysler spoke to Mike. Told Mike what I was looking for, price range, size, mileage and monthly payments. A car became available, he called, I went in the same day, test drove the vehicle and bought it. Mike went above and beyond to help me ship the car to another location. He did not hesitate if he had to come in on his day off, to take care of business for me. Not too many people would give up a “day off” just to please their customers.
